At the unfriendly "greeting" we turned and left the restaurant.

Nice location. Operation OK. (EIS) Kasperl ordered we wanted instead of vanilla, lemon no problem ... But to ask for 80.cent is a joke. What difference does it make if I take this or that ice cream out of the container?

Ordered salmon and salad and a small bottle of water, cost €10.8. The fish was not salmon, just a small battered fillet of a white fish from a supermarket. I complained that it was not salmon but the staff were so aggressive with me that I paid up and left without eating the meal.A very unpleasant and intimidating experience.Bob M

Incredibly rude! Although we adults wanted to consume something, we were not allowed to take a seat with our children in the guest garden. Under no circumstances may the children's ice cream bags bought in Seecafé Lilli be consumed in the guest garden. The type of waiter was impossible. An impudence!

Unfriendly waiter, although the inside of the restaurant was free and we wanted to go there because of the many wasps, we were told unkindly that we were not allowed to sit here. Prices totally overpriced, ice cream from Eskimo! Access to the toilet was denied and we were sent to the public toilet facility across the street to the Schafbergbahn. We will definitely not go there again.

We felt very well, food is great.

The waiter tried very hard but was responsible for all guests and was therefore hopelessly overwhelmed. The milk was sour with coffee!Bad quality, long waiting times unfriendly!

This is not a luxury restaurant! It's something between a cafe and a pub right on the lake shore. Good place to rest or watch the next roller coaster. A glass of sausage and bun is offered as a menu and the lake view you get for free.

We stayed for about an hour until boarding the mountain train and went to eat while we waited. Chicken and French fries were made to eat alright, but the chicken leg snacks have grown. If there is no expectation of taste, it is not bad to see the beautiful scenery and time to eat. The ice cream did not taste blackcurrant only one.

The waiter is very rude! He does not even time to take the order. Five of us had to leave the shop because of bad service and rudeness. I would not recommend the cafe to anyone!

Very long wait! Even if you say 2x "please pay" ... we had a time pressure because our train is going soon! System should be changed urgently ... Order should be made electronically as it is almost everywhere ... would simplify everything .. too bad

We had a decent meal here. Before continuing our journey, we asked for our bottle of water to be refilled with tap water but were charged 70 cents! I think the customer service could be much improved!

Schnitzel tasted good. Nothing fancy. Has no WC on premises. You have to walk across the street and use the public one at Schafbergbahn Talstation. Prices a bit on the higher side, in keeping with most touristy places. Was stung by a bee but the staff had no first aid. Would not recommend.

Absolutely not to be recommended. The landlord is the unfriendliness in person, plus very expensive prices.No children or babies wanted.

You’d be better off getting microwave food from the grocery store. McDonald’s has better quality food.Staff was impolite. Wouldn’t even let me have my water bottle on the table, made me put it away in a bag. Do not waste your money.

Nice atmosphere

I do not understand the other reviews. The waiter was not rude at all. Service was okay and polite, Coffee was great as well.

A restaurant where I booked a Sharpberg train and visited for about an hour! I did not see the Google reviews at all. I saw the Google reviews because they were so delicious, but the reviews are not as good as I thought. Recommended Egg Noodles !!

The salad was delicious and the chicken slices were hard and chewy.

We wanted to bridge the waiting time until our bus arrives, unfortunately we didn't get a ticket and were then asked what we wanted.The Sachertorte and our ice cream drinks tasted delicious (but we had imagined something else with our drinks. Maybe it was partly our fault, because they are very ambiguous names, actually just wanted a cold chocolate and an iced coffee and then got our drinks with one Scoop of vanilla ice cream at around 11am).Waiter was friendly and tried hard, only a menu would have been great to know what was on offer.

They claim to use Segafredo coffee, but only a hot, dark broth comes. It has nothing to do with a good coffee and is not worth the money!

The positive first: very friendly service. If no charter steamer blocks the view, there's a great panorama for free. The food dripped with fat (we had Wiener schnitzel with chips). The taste experience has greatly affected that. Too bad, because the price-performance ratio would have been O.K.

Avoid the arch! They refused to give us food with a pram, incredibly unpleasant service.

The old waiter was very rude. If I saw the reviews before ordering from them I would have gone to somewhere else.

This is the place where the view looks good while walking. Beverages and prices are moderate, but the owner in glasses has been very unfriendly. It seems that he has a particularly unfriendly attitude toward Asians. It is a waste of even a single Google rating.

Good location at the pier and opposite the mountain railway. Toilet is not available, must be used opposite. Here you have to pay the location. Small side salad 4,90 €, water 0,33 costs 3,10 € and wheat beer 4,80 €.Since the prices are cheaper directly on the white Rössl.
